  skos:scopeNote "انحلال‌پذیری گازها در آب تابع دو عامل است، یكی دما و دیگری فشار. انحلال‌پذیری گازها در آب با دما نسبت عكس و با فشار نسبت مستقیم دارد، یعنی هر چه دما كمتر و فشار بیش‌تر باشد، مقدار بیشتری گاز در آب حل می‌شود. گاز نوشابه‌ها كربن دی‌اكسید است كه در اثر فشار، در نوشابه حل شده است. باز شدن درپوش، باعث كاهش فشار و در نتیجه كاهش انحلال‌پذیری كربن دی‌اكسید می‌شود. پس مقداری از آن خارج می‌شود."@fa ;
