  skos:scopeNote "برنامه‌ریزی کاربری زمین، روش جامعی است که از تبدیل زمینهای مستعد خطر به سکونت پرتراکم جلوگیری می‌کند. براساس منطقه‌بندی بزرگ یا برنامه‌ریزی ناحیه‌ای می‌توان به چرخش گسترده سیاست‌های تصمیم‌گیری کمک کرد. مثلاً با استفاده از نقشه ناحیه‌ای خطر لرزه‌ای می‌توان مناطقی را مشخص کرد که ساختمان‌های آن به مقاوم‌سازی در برابر زلزله نیاز دارند. در منطقه‌بندی کوچک، در برنامه‌ریزی در مقیاس محلی برای هر جامعه و زمین‌های ساختمانی به‌طور منفرد تصمیم گرفته می‌شود."@fa ;
